Editorial policy and guide methodology
MetrotownCondos.ca is designed as a focused building and neighbourhood research resource. Its purpose is to help readers organize questions, compare options and identify information that still needs property-specific confirmation.
How building information is handled
Core facts such as address, completion year, storeys, home count, developer, construction type and station context are normalized into a consistent building snapshot. When a material field cannot be confirmed confidently, the page should identify it as unknown rather than filling the gap with an assumption.
Development applications are kept separate from completed buildings and are described using their current known planning or construction status. Project names, scopes, housing counts and timelines can change as applications move through review.
Original rendering policy
The site uses original, site-created building renderings rather than copying third-party property photography. Renderings are promotional illustrations intended to represent the building identity and general architectural character. They do not establish the present condition, finishes, view, landscaping or features of a particular home.
Market and recommendation boundaries
Market statistics are period-specific indicators, not appraisals or forecasts. Rankings, comparison scores and buyer-fit recommendations are discovery tools. They cannot determine market value, strata quality or suitability for an individual buyer, seller or investor.
Corrections should improve the underlying record and every affected page. Important updates are reflected in content-aware sitemap dates so search engines are not shown blanket freshness signals when a page has not materially changed.
Professional-advice boundary
Nothing on this site replaces a contract, title search, current listing, strata documents, inspection, appraisal or advice from a licensed real estate professional, lawyer, mortgage professional, accountant, engineer or other qualified adviser. Readers should independently verify information that could affect a transaction or ownership decision.
