How to apply area-level numbers
Area medians describe the mix of homes sold during a period. A tower's age, strata condition, floor plan, outlook, parking, maintenance fees and competing inventory can cause an individual unit or building to move differently from the district.
- Buyers can use inventory, days on market and sale-to-list conditions to plan due diligence and negotiation.
